This activity also includes the provision of short-term accommodation provided by hotels, resort hotels, suite/apartment hotels, motels, motor hotels, guesthouses, pensions, bed and breakfast units, visitor flats and bungalows, time-share units, holiday homes, chalets, housekeeping cottages and cabins, youth hostels and mountain refuges.

When you choose this activity, you can offer rental accommodation primarily to visitors who stay for a limited period, such as daily or weekly. This activity is only permitted outside of the UAE. With your Vacation Homes Rental license, you can provide fully furnished accommodations in guest rooms or suites and complete self-contained units with kitchens. It may be necessary to perform housekeeping services daily or periodically. In addition, you can offer additional services such as food and beverage services, parking, laundry, recreational facilities, swimming pools, and conference and convention facilities.
