Dependent Visas under Investor / Partner New

Description

This Visa permits sponsoring of Spouse and Children (below 18 years of age) A permit issued to non-citizens/expats allowing them to reside in the UAE. A Residence Visa Stamp is applied on the holder’s passport. The stamp depicts information such as the sponsor’s details, date of issue and expiry date.

Steps

  • Log in to our customer portal https://portal.meydanfz.ae Located on our website or call us on 800 FZ1 (800 391) to help you log into your account.

  • Submit the required documents and complete the payment.

  • Receive a timeline.

  • Receive an email notification.

Fees

  • AED 6,000 per visa
  • Including Entry, Change of Status if app, stamping, medical, EID.
  • 3,000 AED security deposit per dependent (for new and renewal requests)

    • Attested Birth Certificate copy of child w/ Arabic legal translation
    • Attested Marriage Certificate copy of parents and Arabic legal translation
    • Coloured Passport copy w/ signature page
    • Passport size photos
    • Original Passport of the Dependent
  • Required Documents from the Dependent: (When sponsoring a Spouse, the following are required)
    • Attested Marriage Certificate copy w/ Arabic legal translation
    • Coloured Passport copy w/ signature page

    • Share register issued by the Free Zone
    • Coloured Passport copy w/ signature page
    • Coloured Residence Visa copy
    • Original Emirates ID
    • Utility Bill copy
    • Attested Tenancy Contract (Ejari)
    • Bank Statement(For last 3 months)

Passport Copy
  • Colored and clear full-page passport copy
  • Passport should be valid for a minimum of 7 months
  • Atleast 2 blank pages

    • US – Special comment page copy

    • UAE – Family Book & Emirates ID Card copy
Medical Certificate from Home Country
  • Attested by the UAE Embassy in the Country of Origin and by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the UAE
  • Legally translated to Arabic
Marriage Certificate
  • Attested by the UAE Embassy in the Country of Origin and by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the UAE
  • Legally translated to Arabic
Birth Certificate
  • Attested by the UAE Embassy in the Country of Origin and by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the UAE
