It is a permit issued to an individual who has been granted employment in the UAE. It highlights details of the employee, the sponsor, the designation and the dates of issue and expiry, among other relevant information. An employment visa allows the individual to commence the process to obtain his/her UAE Residence Visa.

Steps

  • Submit the required documents and complete the payment.
  • Receive a timeline.
  • Receive a copy of an electronic Entry Visa via email.

  • AED 4,000 Partner / Investor Visa

Documents Required

  • Passport copy
  • Passport size photos
  • Translated attested degree copy (applicable for managerial positions, specialized designations such as doctors, engineers, etc…)
  • Applicants on Tourist/Visit visa: Tourist/Visit visa page copy and entry stamp page copy
  • Applicants on Residence Visa: Cancelled Visa page copy and Immigration Cancellation paper

  • Colored and clear full-page passport copy
  • Passport should be valid atleast 7 months during submission
  • Additional requirements for the below nationalities:
    • Egypt – Premedical when applying for outside country visa
    • India – First and last page copy
    • Iran – National ID card copy
    • Iraq – National ID card copy
    • Afghanistan – National ID card copy
    • Kenya – (A) Police Clearance from Home Country (Outside the country applicants)
    • Kenya – (B) Premedical when applying for outside country visa
    • Pakistan – National ID card copy
    • Pakistan – First and second page copy
    • Sri Lanka – Premedical when applying for outside country visa
    • Sri Lanka – First and fourth page copy
    • Indonesia – Premedical when applying for outside country visa
    • Nepal – First and last page copy
    • UAE – Family Book & Emirates ID Card copy
    • US – Special comment page copy
    • Egypt/Sri Lanka/Indonesia/Kenya (visit the UAE embassy of their home country (for outside country visa)
Degree Certificate
  • Attested by the UAE Embassy in the Country of Origin and by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the UAE
  • Legally translated to Arabic
