Establishment Card Cancellation
Description
A company that terminates its formation and ceases to exist must get its Establishment Card cancelled. A Cancellation Paper is issued to the company from the Immigration Department acknowledging the cancellation of the establishment card. Or if the company doesn’t wish to process any visas it might apply to cancel the Establishment card (companies applying to cancel establishment card may not reapply to obtain a new establishment card).
Steps

- Submit the required documents and complete the payment.
- Receive a timeline.
- Receive establishment card cancellation via email.
