Description

If certain aspects of the company are to be changed, the license and/or other formation documents must be amended to reflect the required changes. This service is initiated when there are changes to the business activities and managers listed on the license.

Steps

Log in to our customer portal https://portal.meydanfz.ae Located on our website or call us on 800 FZ1 (800 391) to help you log into your account.
Submit the required documents and complete the payment.
Receive a timeline.
Receive a copy of an electronic amended license via email.

AED 2,000
Inclusive of 3 group of business activities. Must be packaged with Formation, License, Visa allocation, Flexi Desk.
Prices vary based on your visa allocation and additional business activities if added.

- Certificate of Formation/Incorporation
- Certificate of Incumbency (issued within the last 3 months), commercial register or any official document with the details of the shareholders and directors (if corporate)
- Memorandum and Articles of Association
- Board Resolution
Documents authenticating new shareholders (if applicable):
- Passport copy
- Visa copy
Current dated (issued within the last 3 months) certificate of incumbency commercial register or any official document with the details of the shareholders and directors (if corporate)
