Meydan Free Zone provides meeting rooms within its dedicated business centers, that a company may use for their meetings. This service allows a company to cancel a pre-booked meeting room. All cancellations must be notified to our customer service team.

  • Submit a cancellation request 4 hrs prior to the booked slot.

  • Receive a confirmation on cancellation.
