Description

This service allows to reserve a company name for a specified duration of time for the purpose of registering a company.

Steps

  • Log in to our customer portal https://portal.meydanfz.ae Located on our website or call us on 800 FZ1 (800 391) to help you log into your account.
  • Submit the required documents and complete the payment.
  • Receive a timeline.
  • Receive a copy of an electronic name reservation certificate via email.

Fees

  • AED 500
  • Valid for a period of 30 days from date of issue of Name Reservation Issuance.
  • Call 800 FZ1 (800 391) or email connect@meydanfz.ae to speak to our customer service team.

  • Passport copy

Documents Specification

Parent Company Documents (if applicable)
  • Notarised or Attested documents by the issuing authority where the parent company has been formed.
  • Documents issued in other foreign languages should be legally translated to English or Arabic.
Passport Copy
  • Colored and clear full-page passport copy
  • Passport should be valid during the name reservation of the company.
  • Additional remarks for below nationalities:
    • India – First and last page copy
    • Pakistan – First and second page copy
    • Sri Lanka – First and fourth page copy
    • US – Special comment page copy
    • Nepal – First and last page copy
    • UAE – Family Book & Emirates ID Card copy
