Description
This service is initiated when a visa or an immigration card application has been rejected and the business owner decides not to continue with the business with Meydan Free Zone.
Steps
- Log in to our customer portal https://portal.meydanfz.ae Located on our website or call us on 800 FZ1 (800 391) to help you log into your account.
- Submit the required documents and complete the payment.
- Receive a timeline.
- Receive a copy of an electronic refund request confirmation via email.
Fees
- AED 2,000
- Admin Fee charged when processing refund for rejected Establishment Card or Partner Visa.
