This service is initiated when a visa or an immigration card application has been rejected and the business owner decides not to continue with the business with Meydan Free Zone.
Steps

Log in to our customer portal https://portal.meydanfz.ae Located on our website or call us on 800 FZ1 (800 391) to help you log into your account.

Submit the required documents and complete the payment

Receive a timeline

Receive a copy of an electronic refund request confirmation via email
Fees
- AED 2,000
- Admin Fee charged when processing refund for rejected Establishment Card or Partner Visa.
