Share Pledge Amendment
Description
A Shareholder in a Company may amend registered Share Pledge. Meydan Free Zone permits shareholders to pledge their Company shares. Any pledge must be made in accordance with the Company’s MOA, under a document approved by Meydan Free Zone and entered into the Share Register maintained by Meydan Free Zone.
Steps

- Submit the required documents and complete the payment.
- Receive a timeline.
- Receive a copy of an electronic share pledge amendment confirmation via email.
