Share Pledge Cancellation
Description
A Shareholder in a Company may cancel registered Share Pledge. Meydan Free Zone permits shareholders to pledge their Company shares. Any pledge must be made in accordance with the Company’s MOA, under a document approved by Meydan Free Zone and entered into the Share Register maintained by Meydan Free Zone.
Steps
- Log in to our customer portal https://portal.meydanfz.ae Located on our website or call us on 800 FZ1 (800 391) to help you log into your account.
- Submit the required documents and complete the payment.
- Receive a timeline.
- Receive a copy of an electronic share pledge cancellation via email.
