  • Sales, discounts, and special offers should not be placed without permission.
  • Commodities and goods should display their prices.
  • The practice of any activity after 12 am requires a permit. 
  • If the electronics are subject to any guarantee, the purchaser shall be notified either in writing or through a seal, including the guaranteed items, terms of the guarantee, and causes for the guarantee to be voided. 
  • If there is a manual for devices and phones, it should be clearly written in Arabic or any other language, and it should be delivered to the buyer.
  • Trademarks must be registered with the Ministry of Economy for protection.
