*Economic Substance Regulation (ESR) requires businesses located within the UAE that engage in any of the defined ‘Relevant Activities’, to maintain and demonstrate an adequate economic presence in the UAE. Businesses must file an annual notification and ESR report to the Ministry of Finance (MOF).
