What is the Fawri license?
Fawri is Meydan Free Zone’s fast-track business license, designed for solopreneurs and freelancers who want to formalise their work and operate as a registered business in Dubai. Issued in under 60 minutes through a fully digital process, it includes your trade license and core company documents, with no office, physical documentation, or NOC required. It lets you operate with full legal credibility, invoice clients globally, and manage your business independently, with the flexibility to scale over time.
What does the Fawri license cost?
The Fawri license starts from AED 15,000, including your trade license and all core company documents. Additional services such as visas, Emirates ID, banking, bookkeeping, and others can be added based on your requirements and are not included in the base cost.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Eligible UAE residents can use the Easy Payment Plan (EPP) with participating banks. If your credit card is not eligible, you can pay at the point of sale and request your bank to convert the transaction into instalments, subject to your bank's terms and applicable fees.
Can foreigners open a Fawri company in Dubai?
Yes. You can complete the entire process remotely without UAE residency, using a valid passport. Meydan Free Zone also provides support to initiate your corporate bank account process.

Will I get a bank account?
The MPlus team will support you in initiating your corporate bank account with one of our partner banks, giving you access to a guaranteed IBAN. Final approval depends on the bank’s internal policies and compliance requirements.
What documents do I need?
A valid passport copy is all you need to get started. UAE residents can apply using UAE Pass for faster verification. Additional requirements may vary depending on your business activity and shareholder structure.
