Under this activity, you are in the business of delivering the second stage of general secondary education, the senior-secondary band that qualifies pupils, in principle, for higher-education admission.
That covers A-Level, AP, IB Diploma, MoE Advanced and General Streams, and CBSE/ICSE senior-secondary programmes, delivered under KHDA oversight with qualified subject-specialist faculty and university-counselling infrastructure.
There are some things this activity does not cover. Compulsory first-stage secondary and primary provision are classified under separate activity codes. Higher-education programmes, including foundation, diploma, and degree provision, sit under separate higher-education codes.
Standalone university-admissions consultancies, tutoring, and exam prep centres operating outside a licensed school are also outside this scope.
