It also includes general legal counselling and preparation of legal documents such as articles of incorporation, partnership agreements, patents and copyrights, deeds, wills and trusts, and the activities of notaries, civil law notaries, bailiffs, arbitrators, examiners and referees. Does not include law court activities.

Accounting, Bookkeeping and Auditing Activities; Tax Consultancy

This class covers recording of commercial transactions, preparation and auditing of financial accounts, examination and certification of account accuracy, preparation of personal and business income tax returns, and advisory and representation services before tax authorities.
