Does not include development of building projects for sale, subdividing and improving of land, operation of hotels and similar accommodation, campgrounds and trailer parks, or workers' hostels and rooming houses.

Real Estate Activities on a Fee or Contract Basis

This class covers the provision of real estate activities on a fee or contract basis, including activities of real estate agents and brokers; intermediation in buying, selling and renting of real estate; management of real estate on a fee or contract basis; appraisal services for real estate; and activities of real estate escrow agents. Does not include legal activities, facilities support services, or management of facilities such as military bases and prisons.
